HomeZorva is designed to help homeowners organize and manage information about their homes. This policy explains the categories of information HomeZorva may process and how that information is used.
1. Information you provide
Depending on the features you use, HomeZorva may process information such as your account email address and display name, property details, maintenance information, home records, service-request information, and documents you choose to add to Home Vault.
2. How information is used
Information is used to provide and personalize HomeZorva features, authenticate accounts, synchronize supported data, organize home information, support requested functionality, improve reliability, and help protect the service from misuse.
3. Home Vault and cloud storage
Supported account data may be stored using HomeZorva's cloud services. When supported cloud backup or synchronization features are used, Home Vault documents may be stored in private cloud storage associated with the authenticated account.
4. AI-powered features
When you use AI-powered features, HomeZorva may use relevant information you have saved to provide the requested response. Only information needed for the feature should be used. Users should verify important home, financial, insurance, legal and safety information before acting on an AI-generated response.
5. Device authentication
If App Lock is enabled, HomeZorva can use authentication provided by your device, including Face ID, Touch ID, or a device passcode. HomeZorva does not receive your biometric data.
6. Notifications
HomeZorva may request permission to send optional notifications such as maintenance or warranty reminders. You can change notification permission through the app or your device settings.
7. Service requests and sharing
When you prepare a service request or share package, you control the information included. HomeZorva is designed so that review and approval occur before supported information is copied or shared through user-initiated actions.

Users can initiate account deletion through the HomeZorva account controls in the app. Supported account data associated with the deleted account is intended to be removed as part of the deletion process.
9. Your choices
- You choose what home information and documents you add.
- You can manage device permissions such as notifications and authentication.
- You can initiate account deletion from within HomeZorva.
10. Security
HomeZorva uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect account and home information. No method of electronic storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.
